Banquet MenuThe NAA Reunion 97 banquet dinner will be held in conjunction with The LTA Society's annual gathering. Persons attending the Reunion or only The LTA Society banquet must indicate their dinner entree choices in the space provided on the Reunion Registration Form. The Beef selection is Beef Portabella: Thinly-sliced beef with shallots, Portabella mushrooms and diced red peppers in a Marsala wine sauce; served with redskin potatoes flavored with dill. The Chicken is Grilled Chicken Balsamico: Tender, boneless breast of chicken marinated in a blend of balsamico vinegar and Dijon mustard and grilled over an open flame. It is served on a bed of steamed spinach in a roasted red pepper sauce (not too spicy!) with a white-and-wild rice medley. A Caesar salad, vegetable, dessert, rolls, butter and beverage complement the meal. (Special dietary needs can be indicated on the Reunion Registration Form.) |
